We’re so glad you’re here. Every order means the world to us — and we’re committed to making sure your baby’s essentials arrive safely, quickly, and with care.

🍼 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), order processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always keep you informed.

📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship all across the United States.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

CuddleCove1 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately support@beltcapital.org at  with photos, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Preorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes preorder or backordered items, we’ll ship them as soon as they become available. You’ll be notified by email with updates and estimated delivery times.
